Yes. We deliver, set up and take down the equipment. We do not charge a delivery fee. We do however have tax for all rentals, our damage waiver fee 7% of the total. our surface set up fee of $50.00 or park fee of $60.00 may apply to your reservation upon determination. We do have a credit card processing fee of 3.5% if you choose to pay by card, please inquire with the office if you have additional questions regarding any fees or park information.
Yes, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Generally we arrive 30 min - 3 hours early if needed before the rental time begins. depending on how many rentals we have that day. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as night before in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location and any Time adjustment is acceptable.

No. The jump should be clean when you get it. East Valley Bounce cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps the air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Other cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity & City parks DO NOT allow us to use the power at the ramada for our inflatables. You can use the power at the ramada for our snow kone, cotton candy, popcorn or bubble machine as well as your own crockpot, music ect. If you want to set up at a park, you must select the Park Fee when creating your reservation. Park fee includes insurance and generator that are required by the city. The rental does include the gas for the generator. You are welcome to use your own personal generator, it must be present at drop off and a 3500watt power. If your personal generator fails to run our unit, you are still resonsible for your reservation fees. Also, most parks require a reservation and certain location for set up, so please consult your local park or HOA, Also most parks will require our insurance information. If we need to provide a city park or HOA with our insurance it can take a few days, Please contact the office as soon as you can to make sure we have ample time to complete our requirements for parks. If you do not have an approved permit with the city or town park, we will not beable to set up as this is required and we could be banned for not following rules.
Cash,Credit Cards,Venmo or Zelle. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. If you will be paying by card please let the office know, so they can handle processing your payment.

Please Call, Text or Email the Office ASAP if needing to cancel or Reschedule your reservation. If it is the Night before we ask you Call Asap as we Load our units up the night before, and need time to make adjustments if needed.
Not required but you are welcome to place a deposit if you like. if you have placed a deposit, They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes and or sandbags etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Do we need to do anything to Prepare for our Drop off? A: Yes Please make sure the Area for set up is free of Pet waste of any kind, debris and any other obstructions as this will cause a delay in your drop off and affect the drop offs after you. Please let us know if you have Narrow pathways, stairs, gates or fences that may require additional time to navigate. Any and all information about your set up area will be helpful in making sure our drop off and pick ups go smoothly, better service on our part. Q: Rules for the units? A: Yes we Ask that No GUM, Candy, Soda, Drinks, Sand, Mud or Animals, No Silly String allowed in or on the units. Additional cleaning fee will apply if we find that this was the case. Please NO Shoes of any kind, Sharp objects or Glass or Sharp Jewelry, in the unit. All Scoops, Bottles, balls and cords etc.. Are required to be returned to East Valley Bounce at the end of rental, failure to do so will result in additional charges. ADULT SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED
